Qantas brings Boeing 737s, business class to Byron Bay, Ballina
2 min read
After launching flights between Sydney and Byron Bay (Ballina) in July, Qantas is upgrading some of those services from the 74-seat Bombardier Q400s (Dash 8s) to the much larger Boeing 737s, which also introduce Qantas business class onto the route.
The change comes from 9 November 2020, when the Boeing 737 makes a daily return flight between the two destinations.
With up to 3 return flights each day on the route, those other services will continue to be operated by the Dash 8.
